CIPADAM^® S-10 is a clear, penetrating, breathable masonry water repellent based on silane in an alcohol carrier. The product is formulated for low pressure spray application to concrete and masonry surfaces and upon reaction is transformed into a highly water repellent compound which is chemically bonded to the substrate. CIPADAM^® S-10 is formulated to meet the requirements of the Ozone transport Commission (OTC) in effect as of September 9th, 2010.

CIPADECK^® Paver & Concrete Sealer is a clear solvent base methacrylate copolymer resin sealer for interlocking pavers and concrete. This sealer is available in gloss and anti-slip finishes that will not yellow on exterior exposure. It is formulated to meet the requirements of the Ozone Transport Commission (OTC) in effect as of January 1^st, 2005 in the USA and September 9^th, 2010 in Canada.

CIPADAM^®S -100 is a clear, penetrating, breathable sealer that contains a 100 percent solution of silane in a solvent carrier. CIPADAM^®S -100 chemically reacts with the concrete substrate to produce a long lasting water repellent effect. This material’s small molecular structure allows for maximum penetration into any silicous material to form an alkali resistant polysiloxane.

CIPADAM S-15 ULTRA

CIPADAM^® S-15 ULTRA is part of a two coat protection system which prevents the intrusion of chlorides and water. The two coat system consists of: (A) a base coat of CIPADAM^® S-15. It is silane base which penetrates into the substrate and reduces chloride ion migration through cement materials. (B) the top coat is CIPADECK Paver and Concrete Sealer. It is a colorless acrylic resin in a solvent base or CIPADECK^® Cure & Seal.

CIPADECK CURE & SEAL (SILANE)

CIPADECK® Cure & Seal (Silane) is a solvent based
acrylic curing and sealing compound for new and
existing exterior concrete that also contains silane and
is available with an anti-slip finish.

It is designed to cure new concrete in accordance with
ASTM C-309 requirements and to help protect concrete
from deterioration due to the intrusion of water, salts and
deicing chemicals in a single “ONE STEP”
application. Conventional silane application involves
costly removal of curing compounds prior to applying
or time consuming wet curing of concrete.
