CPD Construction Products is NOW offering our Cipadeck FlexFoam Expansion Joint Filler, a new flexible, lightweight, polyethylene, closed-cell expansion joint filler product.

This is chemical resistant; UV stable non-absorbent, compressible foam for use in both interior and exterior applications. Cipadeck FlexFoam Expansion Joint Filler comes with a convenient pre-scored removable strip which becomes a sealant bond breaker when applying cold applied sealants.

Our newest product is lightweight and easy to cut or form in the field, minimizing waste. Another big benefit for our customers is that it is cost-effective in comparison to other expansion joint fillers in the marketplace.

Residential and Commercial Applications:

Cipadeck FlexFoam Expansion Joint Filler is flexible and the ideal product to use where expansion and contraction movements must be accommodated. It has a wide variety of applications, such as; swimming pool decks and driveways and floor slabs. Other commercial applications would include; highways, airport runways, industrial flooring, or curb and gutter work.

Evacon Expansion Joint

Cipadeck FlexFoam Expansion Joint Filler Evacon is a closed cell cross-linked Copolymer foam that has been specially formulated as an expansion/construction waterproof joint material, suitable for use in both new construction and rehabilitation project. it withstands 25%-50% compression, and when epoxied in place, 25% tension without damage to its original properties. The low density closed cell cross-linked Ethylene Vinyl Acetate foam can be cut to any size and incorporated into a variety of joint designs to meet the most demanding conditions.

#920 Concrete Sealer

#920 Concrete Sealer is a clear solvent base acrylic resin sealer for interlocking pavers and concrete. This sealer is available in gloss and anti-slip finishes that will not yellow on exterior exposure. It is formulated to meet the requirements of the Ozone Transport Commission (OTC) in effect as of January 1, 2005 in USA and September 9, 2010 in Canada.
