Recently we have enhanced our Division 3 Portland Cement Underlayment, Topcrete SL. Our Topcrete SL has revolutionized the way we treat rough and uneven floors. The product is perfect for addressing uneven substrates because it is 100% self-leveling and sets very quickly. Some additional benefits include:
- Topcrete SL can be used over new or old concrete and provides an excellent base for
quarry tile, terrazzo and wood floors - Resistant to penetration of water and moisture
