Project – Cipador E-100 clear – 7,000 sq.ft.
Enhance the warm natural wet look of concrete

Their new headquarter is now located in Magog! Kezber takes the entire 4th floor of the superb ilot Tourigny! They enjoy a spectacular view of Lake Memphremagog and Mount Orford and the wall to wall windows allow everyone to benefit from this beautiful working environment.
When their designer was looking for a flooring system to enhance their ergonomic working space she also wanted to highlight the warm rustic natural wet look of the concrete floor. To achieve this they choose the CPD Cipador E-100 clear epoxy product which was installed by Scelltech Inc. Epoxy Division.
The installation according to Robert Rousseau of Scelltech went smoothly and the steps that were done were as follows:
- Diamond grind & vacuum clean the surface
- Apply a thin sealing coat of 5 mils of Cipador E-100 epoxy to prevent off gazing
- Followed by a thicker body coat of 15 mils of Cipador E-100
- A final thin coat of 5 mils of a polyaspartic topcoat was applied to protect the clear epoxy against the UV rays.
The application of the Cipador E-100 went well with no off gasing and/or bubbles/ or blistering appearing during the application. The designer and the owner of Kezber were very happy with the results.
